Silver Award for Japanese Sake “Fufumi”
We are pleased to announce that “Fufumi,” the Japanese sake produced and sold by Fukoku Bussan Co., Ltd. through commissioned brewing, has received the Silver Award in the Daiginjo B category at the 2025 U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
“Fufumi” is made from 100% “Tsuyahime,” a premium rice brand grown in Yamagata Prefecture. It is characterized by the rice’s naturally elegant aroma and a clean, refreshing taste. This sake pairs well with a wide variety of dishes and appetizers, making it enjoyable in many different occasions.
