Used Stamp Collection
Used stamps are collected at each business site and consolidated at the head office, then donated to the Ota City Council of Social Welfare.
The donated stamps are exchanged for money, which is used to purchase polished rice that is delivered to single-parent households within Ota City.
Eco Cap Campaign
All of our business sites participate in collecting plastic bottle caps.
The collected caps are delivered through NPOs and turned into vaccines—such as polio vaccines—which are donated to children around the world who lack access to proper medical care due to poverty and other circumstances.
Charity Vending Machine Program (Volunteer Vendor)
Charity vending machines are installed at our Head Office and Atsugi Site.
A portion of the proceeds from these machines is donated to support children suffering from severe heart diseases, such as congenital heart defects or aftereffects of Kawasaki disease, who cannot receive adequate treatment or surgery due to financial difficulties. These funds help support their medical expenses and their families.

Initiatives for Health Management
We respect the physical and mental well-being of each employee, strive to improve the workplace environment, and support health promotion for employees and their families. We aim for a 100% participation rate in health checkups and actively encourage follow-up examinations when necessary. All employees undergo stress checks, and those experiencing mental health issues are offered consultations with an occupational physician. Additionally, we hold health seminars to promote awareness of everyday health topics such as exercise, nutrition, and infectious disease prevention.
LED Lighting Installation
To reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency, we have been converting the lighting in each of our offices and facilities to LED.
The introduction of LED lighting contributes not only to reducing electricity consumption but also to lowering CO₂ emissions.
Introduction of Electric Vehicles
As part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact and realize a sustainable society, we have introduced electric vehicles (EVs) into our fleet of company cars.
This helps reduce CO₂ emissions during driving and contributes to the prevention of global warming.
Compliance Commitment
In addition to complying with laws and internal regulations, we are committed to promoting corporate activities based on high ethical standards.
As part of our compliance efforts, we have established an external whistleblower hotline to receive reports and concerns regarding misconduct or violations, both from within and outside the company.
This hotline is managed by a third-party professional organization to ensure confidentiality and anonymity, enabling employees and stakeholders to report or consult with confidence.
We also conduct regular training sessions on topics such as harassment prevention.
