• 01.DEVELOPMENT

  Product Realization Process from Initial Concept to Delivery

  Product development begins at the conceptual stage, even before the customer creates a specification drawing. We start by understanding the customer’s needs—including intended usage, shape, dimensions, performance, quantity, delivery timeline, and cost. We then work in collaboration with internal teams and partner suppliers to review materials, manufacturing methods, and production locations. Based on this, we propose the optimal specifications and submit them for customer evaluation. After the evaluation, the customer prepares prototype drawings, and we proceed with the production and delivery of prototype molds. Following testing and evaluation, and once no issues are found, we produce the mass-production mold based on the finalized drawings. Upon receiving customer approval, we begin mass production. Finally, we deliver the products in the required quantity and on the agreed delivery schedule, in line with customer expectations.

  We specialize in hose cutting for automobiles and office automation (OA) equipment, as well as wire harness assembly, offering flexible responsiveness tailored to customer needs and applications.
  Our agile production setup enables us to flexibly accommodate high-mix, low-volume manufacturing, and our commitment to careful craftsmanship ensures that we can accurately meet even the most detailed customer requirements.
  In addition, we have manufacturing bases overseas, allowing us to globally supply a wide range of products, including:
  ・Processed cable assemblies
  ・Rubber rollers for OA and medical equipment
  ・High-pressure hose production and assembly
  ・Rubber hose cutting

  Providing Trade Support Utilizing a Global Network

  We operate trading companies and manufacturing plants in China, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and conduct global import and export activities, primarily in China and Southeast Asia, as well as to and from the United States and Europe.Leveraging these networks, we are able to globally supply a wide range of products tailored to our customers’ needs in the most optimal manner. In addition, as part of our trade support functions, we provide export and import agency services for our customers’ products and actively utilize economic partnership agreements between countries and regions to help reduce or exempt customs duties.

  In addition to our proposal capabilities as a trading company, we also operate our own logistics functions, which is a major advantage.
  We have a nationwide logistics network stretching from Yamagata in the Tohoku region to Fukuoka in Kyushu, enabling us to respond precisely to regional needs.
