History

May, 1947 Fukoku Trading Company Co., Ltd. was founded in Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
Sales of industrial rubber products was started.
December, 1951 The company name was changed to Fukoku Rubber Co., Ltd.
January, 1958 The head office was relocated to Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo
March, 1960 An affiliate company, Fukoku Rubber Industries Co., Ltd., was established in Tachikawa City, Tokyo with a capital of 16 million yen. Manufacture and sales of rubber products were started.
July, 1961 Tachikawa Sales Office was established in Higashiyamato City, Tokyo
October, 1967 Chubu Sales Office was established in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture.
October, 1967 Capital participation in SumiRiko Fine Elastomer Co., Ltd. (formerly, Shiramizu Fine Elastomer) was started.
January, 1970 The company name was changed to Fukoku Rubber Co., Ltd. Fukoku Rubber Industries Co., Ltd. was merged into Fukoku Rubber as a manufacture division.
October, 1970 The head office building was relocated to and constructed in Omori, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
January, 1973 North Kanto Sales Office was established in Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Gunma Prefecture was merged into North Kanto Sales Office.
August, 1973 Fukoku Trading Company Co., Ltd. was established as a division in charge of physical damage insurance, real estate and leasing.
January, 1974 Tsuchiura Sales Offices was merged into North Kanto Sales Office.
September, 1974 Fukoku Logistics Co., Ltd. (formerly, Kisai Transport Co., Ltd.) was established.
May, 1975 Kyushu Sales Office was established in Miyako-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture.
April, 1978 The warehousing division of Chubu Sales Office was relocated to Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture.
May, 1982 Kumagaya Branch Office was established in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture.
December, 1982 The capital was increased to 135 million yen.
March, 1987 Atsugi Sales Office was established in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
May, 1987 The company name was changed to Fukoku Bussan Co., Ltd. to commemorate the 40th anniversary of our foundation.
August, 1990 The founder, Kiyoshi Kibe, took positions as executive chairman and vice president; Kiyotake Kibe, took a position as the president.
September, 1990 Shizuoka Sales Office was established in Tagata-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture.
January, 1991 Engineering Division was established newly.
May, 1992 Sales Division of the head office became an independent division. Mie Sales Office was established.
December, 1992 Chubu Branch was relocated to in front of Nagoya Station.
April, 1994 Mie Sales Office was relocated to Suzuka City.
August, 1994 Fukoku (H.K.)Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong.
March, 1996 Shizuoka Fukoku Co., Ltd. was established.
May, 1997 A commemorative ceremony was held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our foundation.
July, 1997 The company-sponsored funeral of the founder, Kiyoshi Kibe, was held in Aoyama Funeral Hall.
January, 1999 ISO 9001 certification was obtained.
August, 1999 The logistics groups of the whole company are integrated and Logistics Business Division was newly established.
July, 2000 Shizuoka Factory was founded in Nagaoka-cho, Tagata-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture.
January, 2001 P.T. Fukoku Industries Indonesia was established in Jababeka, Indonesia.
May, 2001 The sales groups of the whole company were integrated and Development Business Head Office was newly established.
August, 2001 The capital was increased to 162 million yen.
September, 2001 Fukoku-Speedtech (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established in Dongguan, China.
October, 2002 Fukoku (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai, China.
December, 2002 Fukoku-Maruyoshi (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou, China.
February, 2004 The certificate of ISO 14001 was obtained.
May, 2004 A joint venture, TRFH Co., Ltd., was established in Hefei, China.
May, 2007 60th anniversary
October, 2007 The capital was increased to 324 million yen.
May, 2009 A new mid-term management plan, F15V, was started.
June, 2009 Komaki Logistics Center was established in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture.
April, 2011 Tachikawa Office was closed and Saitama Office was established.
November, 2011 A new warehouse was constructed in Kyushu Office.
August, 2012 Saitama Office was relocated to and rebuilt in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture.
March, 2013 Fukoku Industry (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Bangkok, Thailand.
May, 2013 A new head office building was completed in Omori, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
March, 2014 The president, Kiyotaka Kibe, passed away and the auditor, Mie Kibe, took the position.
May, 2015 A new mid-term management plan, FG25, was started.
May, 2017 70th anniversary
October, 2018 Ebina Factory was founded in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
January, 2019 New warehouse increase floor at KitaKanto office.
April, 2019 Established PT.FUKOKU BUSSAN INDONEIA in Jababeka.Indonesia.
June, 2019 Established FUKOKU INDUSTRY VIETNAM CO.,LTD.in Hung Yen.Vietnam.
